All clients are expected to remain on a regular grooming schedule of 6 weeks or less depending on the dogs needs. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of future services.
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason please let me know as soon as possible. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy of $50 or 50% of the groom (whichever is higher).
It is required that you respond to confirmation messages. If I do not receive a response by 6:00pm the night before your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. No shows will be charged 100% of the groom.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept venmo, cash, and credit card payment via invoice, card on file, or in person swipe. If a payment is not received within 24 hours of the completion of service a $5 late fee for each additional day will be applied to your total bill.
We do not offer flea or tick treatments. Dogs found with fleas and/or ticks will be bathed in a flea shampoo and charged an additional $75 fee to accommodate for having to flea bomb the van. We highly recommend keeping your dogs on a monthly flea, tick and worm preventative.
